Hello!  I'm so excited you are visiting my website.  A little bit about myself - I've been happily married for 33 years, have 2 adult children, and I've been an administrative/executive assistant throughout my career, which includes organizing company events.  Since I LOVE weddings, a spark ignited with the idea of "marrying"  the two occupations and becoming a wedding coordinator.  So, on your special day, leave the organization and details to me.  As a certified wedding planner, I will ensure your wedding day activities run flawlessly so you can be a guest at your own event.

I offer the following services:

  Wedding Day Management - Package #1

• One or two in-person meetings with wedding couple
• Unlimited emails, phone calls, and texts
• Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination
• Create and manage timeline of events for wedding day
• Communicate and confirm details with all vendors, monitor vendors during event, act as point of contact for all vendors, and ensure all deliverables are met
• Assist wedding party and guests as needed
• Access to wedding day emergency kit
• Additional requests to be discussed

  Wedding Day Management - Package #2

• Unlimited in-person meetings with wedding couple
• Unlimited emails, phone calls, and texts
• Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination
• Create and manage timeline of events for wedding day
• Assist with vendor sourcing, if necessary
• Communicate and confirm details with all vendors, monitor vendors during event, act as point of contact for all vendors, and ensure all deliverables are met
• Reserve any needed hotel room blocks and/or transportation
• Assist with ceremony rehearsal and organize rehearsal dinner, if necessary
• Schedule bridal party’s hair and makeup appointments
• Assist with venue set up and decorating
• Ensure wedding party and VIPs receive flower bouquets and boutonnières
• Access to wedding day emergency kit
• Additional requests to be discussed
